As this is the second time around for me in a moho, I had thought I was a pro. It wouldn’t be an issue, just pick up where you left off. While it pains me to admit it, I was…uh….mistaken. Moho lala has been a completely different experience. From the house itself, to the residents, to the moisheniks, the city of angels has provided what I like to call, moishe house2.0. Not entirely unlike Mario 2.0 (the .0 is silent), MH2.0 is full of new surprises, challenges, and benefits. It has been a fresh start with some pretty fresh people. I’m glad to be a part of such a dynamic and diverse group of people, working, living and playing together. Each person is slowly carving his or her role into the house. It is trying at times, but we walk away having learned and we take it in stride. At our house meeting this month, somebody referred to us as a family. I think this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
