Last month, our community helped organized a big vigil calling for an immediate ceasefire and a lasting peace in Israel/Palestine. We canvassed to protect tenants in danger of being evicted due to the growing foreclosure crisis in Boston. Our first Shabbat after the new year was jam-packed. We re-painted our prayer space, which now looks beautiful, signed folks up as potential bone marrow donors, and participated in a rally for a transgender equality bill.
This community is on the map, and it's a powerful thing we've got going on. I'm proud of the work happening at the Moishe/Kavod House, and I'm excited for where we're going next.
